The Company

Irwin Construction Company is Arizona’s trusted partner for commercial construction. We offer full-service general contracting with expertise in site development, new builds, and tenant improvements. Our portfolio spans office, retail, industrial, medical, multifamily, restaurant, and hospitality environments.

The Owner

Ben Irwin, founder and president of Irwin Construction Company, brings over 20 years of commercial building experience throughout the Phoenix area. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and has held leadership roles at top national, regional, and local firms including McCarthy and Wespac. Prior to launching Irwin Construction, Ben served as President and Partner at Frontera Building Company.

Ben is deeply committed to the Arizona community. He has served on the Executive Council of the Boys & Girls Club and is an active member of the Thunderbirds, proud hosts of the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament.

A native Arizonan, Ben lives in Phoenix with his wife, Allison, and their three children.
